This draft describes the intended handling of enquiries and project payments on the Preze Digital website. It is prepared for owner review and should be checked against the final live setup before publication.
Information you provide
The live contact and project flow collects the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company and project notes. A project order also records its amount and currency. Provide the information needed to explain the enquiry and avoid placing card details or unrelated sensitive information in the notes.
How enquiries are used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, reply to you and prepare project discussions. A submitted enquiry is saved as a non-public record in the website’s WordPress database. The business is notified through the site’s email delivery system so it can follow up.
Project orders and hosted checkout
The website keeps the contact and order information needed for the project flow. When you continue to hosted checkout through Bachs/Paystack, your name, email address, payment amount and reference are supplied to that flow. Payment details are entered with the hosted provider; card numbers are not handled or stored by the local Preze Digital website.
Currency preference in your browser
The website remembers your selected display currency in browser local storage. The currency preference is the only item this feature saves there. Form entries and payment-card information are not saved by that feature. You can remove the saved preference by clearing the relevant website storage in your browser.
Preview behaviour
The preview is provided for reviewing the website. Its forms do not transmit enquiry or payment data. Live submissions and payment initiation depend on the connected WordPress website.
Services involved in the workflow
WordPress hosting and email delivery support storage and business notification. Bachs/Paystack handles the hosted checkout stage and processes the information supplied there under its own arrangements. Review the information shown by the payment provider before submitting payment details.
