POLICY DRAFT

A clear agreement before the work begins.

These draft terms describe the proposed project workflow for Preze Digital. The approved proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, payment stages and arrangements for your project. The site owner should review this draft before publication.

01

Scope and proposal

Website packages provide a starting point for discussing the project. Custom requirements are assessed and set out in a proposal before work begins. The agreed scope identifies the pages, features or assets included, the required materials and the review stages.

02

Starting the work

The planned website payment arrangement is a 70% deposit, with the remaining balance due on completion. Confirm the proposal and the applicable payment details before proceeding. For a custom project, agree the scope first so the payment relates to defined work.

03

Currency and checkout

NGN and USD are supported checkout currencies. GBP and EUR displays are estimates for comparison and are billed in USD at checkout. The checkout summary identifies the actual amount and billing currency. Review that summary before continuing to hosted payment.

04

Content and client feedback

The proposal should identify the material the client supplies and who can approve work. Accurate business information, usable images and timely feedback help the project move through its agreed stages. Any effect on the schedule should be discussed as the requirements change.

05

Changes to the scope

If you want additional pages, features or a different direction, contact the business before the change is undertaken. The effect on cost, schedule and deliverables is reviewed, and an updated scope is agreed for the additional work.

06

Completion and handover

The proposal defines what completion means for the project and the review process used before handover. The published website service includes client ownership, backend access and training; the proposal should identify the handover and any third-party assets or services involved.

07

Maintenance and ongoing work

Maintenance or further work is optional and is scoped separately where required. This checkout does not create automated subscription charges. Any ongoing service, renewal or separate payment arrangement should be documented in the relevant agreement.

08

Cancellation and project questions

Contact hello@prezedigital.com if you need to pause, change or cancel a project. The business reviews the request against the agreed proposal and the work completed, then confirms the practical and payment arrangements for that case.
